Cancellation Policy:
We must be notified in writing of any cancellation of tour or travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason(s). Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive written advice, and the charges would be as follows:
- 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost
- No refund if canceled less than 48 hours before arrival.
Note: Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday. Any cancellation sent on Sunday will be considered on the next working day (Monday). The payment is non-refundable for the Christmas and New Year period, which runs from December 20 to January 5.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which would depend on the amount we can recover from the hoteliers and contractors we use. For unused hotel accommodations, chartered transportation, missed meals, etc., we do not bear any responsibility to issue refunds.
Our Liabilities & Limitations:
- Additional Costs: Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees for monuments or museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the government of India, the same will be charged as extra.
- Agency Role: HOLIDAY BLISS acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing other services. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions of the services provided by these third parties.
- Itineraries: All itineraries are sample itineraries intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Factors such as weather, road conditions, and the physical ability of participants may dictate changes to the itinerary either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of participants’ safety, comfort, and general well-being.
- Rate Changes: Our rates are based on the prevailing rates negotiated with hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels and airlines retain the right to modify rates without notice. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust rates according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.
- Hotel Bookings: All hotel bookings are based on the usual check-in and check-out times of the hotels unless otherwise indicated in the itinerary.
- Responsibility for Delays and Alterations: We shall not be responsible for any delays, alterations in the program, or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns of machinery or equipment, breakdowns of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any untoward incidents.
- Liability Exclusions: We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of danger, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or customs department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
- Insurance: We do not have any insurance policy covering expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage and personal property are at the client’s risk at all times.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: We will not be responsible for any costs arising from unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, etc.
